Nike Air Jordan 4 “Sail”
For years, women sneakerheads have said they want the same shoes the guys have. With this release, it was a step in the right direction.
There are a couple of things I like about this pair. The monochromatic colour with full grain leather makes it look quite plush and almost reminiscent of the Hender Scheme 4s.
Juxtaposed with an exposed foam tongue, the pairing works.
I wanted the stamp to be as simple and tasteful as the shoes. Taking the word “sail” literally, I made a sailboat, incorporating the shoe's number.
